Your Invitation to the OHS’s AGM & Winter’s Tale Social
Members, please join us for our annual holiday social and AGM on Tuesday, December 1st, 2026, at 7 p.m. at St. Mark’s Church.
Plan to enjoy a little holiday social time in by attending A Winter’s Tale, the annual social and AGM scheduled for Tuesday December 1 at 7 p.m.
Don a little holiday bling and bring something sweet or savoury to share with fellow OHS
members. This event will consist of holiday appetizers and desserts. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet, mingle and share the holiday spirit. It is also a chance to honour our hard-working volunteers, meet your OHS Board members and view the 2027 OHS photography entries.
In the spirit of environmental stewardship, please also bring along a plate, cup and utensils. Do mark ingredients on any edible contributions, especially for anyone who has food allergies.
Be prepared for a short business meeting. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will recognize and honour volunteers who lend a hand every year to keep this horticultural society vibrant and whose work contributes to the greening our city. Who knows? You might even be the winner a table or door prize? If you can’t attend in person, then please join the AGM via Zoom. More details to be provided closer to the event.
The evening will feature decorated tables, awards, door prizes, and plenty of seasonal treats. Together, during our AGM, we’ll look back on the highlights of the past year, celebrate some special volunteers and get a glimpse of what’s ahead.
