Nelson Coyle, with Carlington Community Health Centre, will be leading a planting workshop at Lepage Manor on April 9 at 1030 am. OHS members may remember Nelson as a presenter at the OHS' panel discussion on "Food for Life" held on March 24. This workshop will focus on two main tasks: planting tomato seeds and bedding plants; tilling and amending six raised beds in the garden. (Planting will be in the recreation room, so you will need to call Nelson upon arrival - we will try to have someone watching the main door at 1400 Lepage Avenue, or there will be a number to call posted on the door.)
