    Sprout Something New at the OHS Seed Swap! Integrated into our March Speaker Series on evening of March 24, 2026, the OHS will also be hosting its annual "Seed Swap!" Swap your extra seeds, or simply come explore! Veggie and food‑plant seeds especially encouraged. Packaged, labelled seeds appreciated, but not required.

    OHS at the Friends of the Farm Mother’s Day Plant Sale will be taking place on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at the Central Experimental Farm We’re gearing up for this year’s Mother’s Day Plant Sale and we need your help! Volunteers are needed before the sale (May 3–9) for plant drop off, potting up, and preparation, and on the day of the sale for setup, sales, and clean up.     Our annual Plant Auction & Sale returns at the end of May — a lively evening that always fills the room. The Auction begins at 7:00 p.m. with spirited bidding on a curated selection of plants, followed by the Plant Sale from 8:00–9:00 p.m. featuring great perennials, houseplants and special finds at excellent prices.
