Ottawa Seedy Saturday event details: March 7, 2026, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Emmanuel United Church, 691 Smyth Road. Event features seed vendors from Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec offering heirloom seeds, plus a Seed Exchange table where visitors can donate and pick up seeds.

Sprout Something New at the OHS Seed Swap!
Integrated into our March Speaker Series on evening of March 24, 2026, the OHS will also be hosting its annual "Seed Swap!"
Swap your extra seeds, or simply come explore! Veggie and food‑plant seeds especially encouraged. Packaged, labelled seeds appreciated, but not required.

How To Attend An Event
If You're An OHS Member
Check out our website or stay up-to-date with our OHS internal newsletter for regular updates. Events include program meetings with well known, trusted horticultural speakers that are both in-person and online. If attending in-person, you’ll have the opportunity to meet fellow OHS members, swap seeds and plants and become part of our gardening community. We also organize summer pop-up tours, plant sales and contribute to community planting projects.
