Please join us for a wonderful talk and demo by the mother-daughter duo of Nancy Jordan and Katrina Blackburn. The talk will begin with Nancy offering tips and strategies for flower-growing in our region, followed by Katrina demonstrating how to create a simple, seasonal bouquet to brighten any occasion.
The two are behind Ganden Gardens Flower Farm & Floral Studio and spend most days in a field, garden or greenhouse and covered in dirt and flower petals. Their love of nature and its delicate intricacies is reflected in their gardening style, and is in their floral designs. They believe in sustainable growing and design practices and strive to provide bountiful fields of local flowers to their community. Nancy is the primary grower and head-hen of the field, and Katrina is head of sales/marketing and floral design and production.
